Yes money management is the most important factor in Forex trading. A proper Money management helps a trader to stay in the market for long time with minimum loss and thus help to experience the market in a better way. Good money management will turn a loosing trader in to a winning trader. If the money management is not good the money earned in few trades will be lost soon and the trader will hit the margin call.
