1. Forum

1.1. Rules of resource forum.rvdmarkets.com (further - "Forum") come into force from the moment of publication and can be added or changed at any moment with the obligatory notice of it participants of the Forum by the publication of announcements. At analysis of conflicts and disputable situations the Administration of a forum is guided by these Rules, and also own perceptions of the value of a content or the specific participant for the Forum.


2. User profile

2.1. Forbidden to use as avatars or signatures:

• any contact information, telephone numbers, e-mail, ICQ etc., and also combinations of symbols which can be interpreted as such data; - obvious or hidden advertizing;
• active and inactive links (referral links, links to the user's site, links to pornographic sites and etc);
• pornographic content.

2.2. The administration reserves the right to block the user with nickname, which:

• similar to extent of mixture with a trademark or company name;
• contains advertizing, names of sites, e-mail;
• is not responsible to ethical criteria (that is offensive, contains profanity etc).

2.3. Use in profile data (nickname, signatures, etc.) advertizing is possible only after coordination with the administration of the Forum.


3. Posts

3.1. Messages containing spam will be deleted, and the accounts of their authors are blocked (ban).

3.2. Placement of obviously false, slanderous information is forbidden.

3.3. Adhere to culture of communication at the Forum. Threats, insults in any form, discrimination on any sign, categorical imposing of own opinion, transition on the personality (flame) are forbidden. Forbidden messages, discrediting or offending honor and and dignity of third parties, being vulgar or indecent, propagandizing racism, religious or ethnic discrimination, inciting any kind of enmity, conflicts and confrontations, including containing accusing statements in relation to any participant of the Forum, not having under themselves evidential base.

3.4. Messages without semantic meaning, containing only smiles, speech without substantive topic or issue (offtopic) are removed.

3.5. It is forbidden to use the obscene language, as an explicit or hidden. Messages with unacceptably large number of grammatical errors are equal to spam and deleted.

3.6. Excessive use of opportunities of allocation of the text by change of color, a font size, writing of words from capital letters (shout) is forbidden. Only important information is subject for allocation.

3.7. Forbidden crossposting (duplication of messages, repeated reproduction of the same/similar messages to different themes).

3.8. Abuse of quoting (overkvoting). In the quoted message is enough to highlight the main moments. If the quoted message contains a picture, then it (or a link) should be removed from the quote.

3.9. Place threatening and/or unconfirmed information about the company, forum and/or administrators and participants of the forum. It will be the reason of blocking your account.

3.10. Messages have restriction on posting time - 5 minutes.


4. Discussion

4.1. Forbidden discussion/advertising third-party broker companies.

4.2. It is forbidden discussion/advertising, distribution of potentially dangerous software, any information of extremist or pornographic character, and also software products with violation of copyright and the rights of the owner.

4.3. Forbidden discussion/advertising advisors using in work disadvantages of software of brokers.


5. Copyright

5.1. Any author's material placed by the author (user) at the Forum, becomes Forum property. Forum users can not lay a claim on the left them messages, as the object of their exclusive copyright, and in the future may not request its deletion or correction.

5.2. When using analytical materials of third-party resources the indication of authorship or a link to the source is necessary (the link has to be inactive and have, for example, view _http://rvdmarkets.com/ru/analytics/fundamental/13/04/15/11745-ssha_v_aprele_indeks_rynka_42). In cases when it is impossible, allocation of the quoted text by quotation tags and an italic font (inclined) is allowed visually to divide the copied analytical material and opinion of the author of the message.

5.3. Total copying (copy-paste) messages/subjects from other forums (sites, blogs) is forbidden.Such messages are deleted, the participant who has placed them of the Forum receives temporary blocking, and in case of recurrence - blocking forever.


6. Moderation

6.1. If you saw the fact of violation of the Forum Rules (duplicating an existing topic, offtopic, incorrect location of a topic and other), inform the moderator ( ) and he will take necessary measures.

6.2. The administration reserves the right of moving topics/messages without notifying the author of the topic/message and explanation, if considers the original section of placing inappropriate.

6.3. The administration of a forum reserves the right to delete/correction topics, messages, closing topics and also correction of signatures users without any explanation.

6.4. It is forbidden to discuss the actions of moderators. If you do not agree with the actions of a moderator, please contact the administrator or supermoderator. The complaint will be considered collectively and in case of recognition of your complaint reasonable, to the moderator will be applied measures of disciplinary influence.

6.5. The administration has the right to change personal settings of the user profile or to apply a temporary block on the proceedings if the profile settings contradict these Rules.

6.6. To appeal against actions of a particular moderator write him a letter using the system of personal messages of the Forum, specified in it:

• a link to the topic/post, which serves as the basis for the appeal;
• the reasons why you do not agree with his actions or decisions.

6.7 In the case of other violations of rights or to the decision of administration any user of the forum may be banned without explanation.

7. Creation new topics

7.1. Opening a new topic, use the appropriate on the topic of the section to avoid the Forum pollution.

7.2. Use search in the Forum before opening a new topic to make sure that the similar question wasn't discussed earlier.
