On of the most common reason most of the trader loos there money in forex is just because of the emotions . As we all know fear is one of the reason why many people face failure in forex market . Due to fear while trading many people take the inappropriate decisions and that will make them to face loss in the forex business.

And the another emotion is Greedy and here in forex we have the unlimited earning opportunity and that really make many of the people to become greedy in the business and as the results they will be getting failure for sure . So a trader should be happy with what they get because earning even a small profit in forex is not a easy task .

When somebody don't have the proper knowledge about trading and don't have the proper experience about forex trading they become loss in forex trading. the reality of this market is very bitter only 5% of traders get success here else remain fail the most important fact in failure is inadequate learning. Every one who come here in this market want to become rich in overnight which is really not a good thing for the traders and for the brokers. No doubt broker make money from such traders but the did not get traders who stay with them.

Losing in forex trading is not a new story, everyday one of few always lose money. There are many reasons behind losing money by a trader in forex market. If a trader don't have sufficient experience and knowledge then it is possible that he always make some mistakes. Well the major reason why there are so many traders losing here in the trade market is because the traders are just not being able to understand how to trade here in the trade market.There are so many traders that trade here without any proper understanding of the market and when this is the case then they are certain to lose.

Mainly the beginner traders that we see here in the trade market are trading without even understanding the trades well and therefore they are led to losing here.The beginner traders think that they deserve to gain easy profits here in the trade market but that is the wrong way to be moving on here in the trades.As that way the traders are simply going to lose only.

i think it has many reason for losing money in forex. we can see that most of the newbies are getting loss in forex trade. because at first they don't want to learn forex trade for long time and properly. they want to make quick profit. they don't want to practice demo. they thought that it is a wasting time. they want quick trade and quick profit. at a result they get loss in trade.

i think every trade must has loss. so loss is a common element of trade. loss is a part of trade. if we get loss of some trade and after that we can make profit of some trade, then it is not a loss. we may consider it as a general matter. but if we loss every trade or most of the trade and lost our money then we call it loss. we can loss our capital for shortage of knowledge, experience, bad money management, for emotion and more greed.
