Small Capital or Big Capital

in my point of view I see many traders will be doing small investments but there is really a big problem behind that because small capitals will not be good to have a perfect trade.so we need deposit management and profit management. I made fault before. I lost much.

Some times if your trend in against then you may be loosing all your money very soon and your account will be blown away..

Small capital is good for the beginners who wants to earn money securely in FOREX trading.
Because if you chose a small amount as a risk you will not loose more if you are loosing while trading. Big capital may harm your money management as you are new to forex when you start with forex trading. So I prefer small capital to take as risk while trading as a beginner.

We can trade with big lot sizes or small lots and it depends on us and how much expert we are at trading in the Forex markets. Since the time i have been trading i used to trade with small lot sizes but now i am trading with full 1 standard lots where the pip value is 10 dollars. And now my earnings have increased since i am trading in high lot sizes.

But still i do have the risks that are usually associated with trading in Full lots. But i will not advise this type of trading for the newbie traders

Yes ! you are right that if the capital is good then definitely it's good trade you are up to. Sometimes it's not good also for the beginners who try to get more profit out of their early investments here. SO the pros can go for big capital and the newbies should watch out for the amount they are trading with, but I really think that those who have knowledge should go for big capital.

Forex trading is needsto have big capital before start. forex dealing with experience to make profit in trading, small capital can be use as beginner to trading forex. To make money in forex it not compulsory to have big capital.

SMall capital or big capital, the success mainly depends upon the trading experience and style of the trader. However, large capital can save us from margin call if we are not using Stop Loss and it can also bring us more profits because we can use larger lot size with large capital as compared to small capital. I would say again that the size of capital does not make you a successful trader.

Its always on the safest side if you invest the big capital.It will give you more margin for trading and will reduce the risk.It will give you more time to survive in the market.You can also trade with the larger lot size with the bigger investment and can have big amount of profit in small amount of time.But if you are new comer and if you are trading for the first time in the real account you must be careful while investing as for newbie the percentage of loss very high.

As far as I remember I think it was $340 but with bad luck I lost 50% of it in just one week by trading the US non farm employment. In reality it is advisable that we should invest a big capital to avoid overtrading with multiple lots due to we are undercapitalized.
