Money management take the most important role, in forex trading, than the skill of market trend analysis. Most of the losses by newbies are due to lack of money management only. My way to trading is, i only use less than 5% of my free margin for my all the deals opened at a time. I never open a deal with out stop loss and take profit. If there is any unexpected trend reversal, i never wait for re reverse. I just close the deal with minimum loss.

I think if we only use 2% of the capital we have, then we just will benefit very low, it might be better if we use 5% of the amount of capital gains that we have so that we can get bigger, and we also not be risking most of the capital that we have to be able to generate profits and I'm sure it will be a more powerful weapon trade by applying the money management

yeah if you use 5-7% of your capital then it can be beneficial for you and you can be able to earn a sufficient profit which can help you to increase your trading business and even i am taking that much risk its safe and i think if we too big risk in forex trading then it will be the biggest mistake because we may suffer a big loss out of it.
